JesusDoll.com Shipping Policy

Thank you for your commitment to bringing Jesus into your grandchild’s life. We can’t wait to get your order to them so they can begin memorizing Bible verses!


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–2 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few additional days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times do not include processing time.

Estimated Delivery Windows:

  • United States: 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage (most orders ship from Dallas, TX).

  • Canada: 3–7 business days from Vancouver or Toronto, depending on carrier service.

  • Australia, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and other English-speaking countries: 4-10 business days depending on location and carrier.

  • Rest of the World: UPS or DHL shipping to over 100 countries; delivery times vary by carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to substitute carriers or shipping methods if necessary.


International Orders & Duties

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, and customs fees.

  • JesusDoll.com does not collect or remit taxes for international orders.

  • You should understand your country’s de minimis laws (thresholds where taxes or duties are not levied). For example, the UK’s threshold is £135. More details: Zonos De Minimis Guide.

  • JesusDoll.com is not responsible for customs delays.


Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • If you need to update a shipping address, email hello@jesusdoll.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your shipment.

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

  • JesusDoll.com is not responsible for packages we are unable to redirect or recover.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the carrier reports a package as delivered, JesusDoll.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. In most cases, packages are located within a few days.

  • Customers may contact the carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.

  • While JesusDoll.com is not required to replace packages marked as delivered, we are happy to provide guidance to help you investigate the issue.


Backorders & Delays

  • In the event of backorders or shipping delays, we will notify customers promptly with updated delivery estimates.


Limitation of Liability

  • JesusDoll.com is not liable for any damages, loss, or delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • This policy protects both our customers and our ability to fulfill orders reliably.
